My experience is that too many listings do not, in spite of the fact that the sellers contract to pay huge sums of money for professional marketing that they are not getting.  Some sets of pictures were so bad that they suggested a breach of fiduciary responsibility.

I wondered whether agents understand that the Internet has changed how people buy and sell houses.  I wondered why agents bother posting pictures on the Internet at all, when it's obvious that they don’t appear to expect people to use them to form opinions.  I started an "Agents to Avoid"  list because the agents did not demonstrate enough professionalism to gain my trust.  I asked myself what I have heard others ask:  Why use an agent who demonstrates such obvious disregard for a responsibility to existing clients?

When my initial home search was done, and it was time to take the next step, I looked at the “Agents to Avoid” list.   I was stunned to discover that most of the “avoid” agents came from only a few agencies.  With that, my many years of sales, sales management, and marketing experience kicked in and Gail Ink was born.
